Pasta with cream and cheese? Yes, please, Chef! Free-range lamb mince is browned with silky onion and infused with NOMU Spanish Rub. Rich tomato paste adds a tanginess to fresh cream, which is dotted with plump peas & sun-dried tomato. Served with farfalle pasta and gratings of Italian-style cheese for a dish that will satisfy even the most critical palate.

Choose your portion size.

  1. FARFALLE FLAIR

    Boil a full kettle. Using the freshly boiled water, add to the pot with the pasta and salt (to taste). Cook the pasta until al dente, 12-15 minutes. Drain, reserving some pasta water, and toss through a drizzle of olive oil.

  2. CREAMY PASTA

    Place a pan over medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil. When hot, add the mince and onion and work quickly to break it up as it starts to cook. Fry until browned, 4-5 minutes (shifting occasionally). Add the NOMU rub and tomato paste. Fry until fragrant, 1-2 minutes. Mix in the Peas, sun-dried tomato, cream, pasta, and 50ml [100ml]|#7DA0D7 reserved pasta water. Simmer until coated and slightly thickening, 2-4 minutes. In the final 30-60 seconds, add the spinach and cook until wilted. Loosen with more pasta water if it's too thick. Remove from the heat and season.

  3. DINNER IS READY

    Bowl up the creamy lamb pasta and sprinkle over the cheese. Drizzle over the lemon juice (to taste) and dig in, Chef!
