Coconut Satay Beef Ramen
with spinach & toasted sesame seeds
It’s all about the base with ramen dishes, Chef! We’ve created a special mix of sweet & savoury ingredients for a special spicy ramen base, which will become an umami-fied broth that’s soaked up by strands of udon noodles, juicy beef strips & infused into coconut milk. Served with herbaceous coriander, fresh ginger & white sesame seeds.
