    Place a pan or griddle pan over medium heat with a drizzle of oil. When hot, fry the baby marrow, Onion and bell pepper until charred, 3-4 minutes per side. Season, remove from the pan and set aside to cool slightly.

  2. BEEF & MEXICAN BEANS

    Return the pan to medium heat, with a drizzle of oil (if necessary). Pat the beef strips dry with paper towel. When hot, add the beef strips to the pan along with a Mexi spice and beans.
