Crunchy Smoked Chicken Salad
with Danish-style feta & olives
A light, refreshing dinner that’s big on satisfying flavours. Starting with a bed of fluffy bulgur wheat, this nutritious base is topped with a vibrant medley of red plum tomato, deep-purple olives, crumblings of creamy white feta and golden smoked chicken breast. Coated with a honey-mustard dressing.

Boil the kettle. Place the bulgur wheat in a pot with 150ml [300ml]|#7DA0D7 of boiling water, a drizzle of oil, and seasoning. Simmer until cooked through, 6-8 minutes. Drain if necessary, fluff with a fork, and set aside.
