Tender baby potatoes are tossed in a creamy mayonnaise dressing and mixed with crispy, smoky bacon, charred corn, and crunchy salad leaves and crispy onion bits. The addition of tangy cheese and spicy jalapeños makes this an irresistible, fully-loaded favourite.

Choose your portion size.

  1. BABY TATERS

    Place the baby potatoes in a pot of salted water. Bring to a boil and cook until soft, 15-20 minutes. Drain, season, and cover.

  2. CHARRED AND CRISPY

    Place a pan over medium-high heat. When hot, add the bacon and fry until browned and crispy, 3-4 minutes (shifting occasionally). Add the Corn and fry until lightly charred, 3-4 minutes (shifting occasionally). Remove from the pan and set aside.

  3. ALMOST THERE

    When the potatoes are done, toss through the pepper, salad leaves, cheese, jalapenos (to taste), bacon and Corn, mayo, and seasoning.

  4. DINNER IS SERVED
