AN ITALIAN CLASSIC
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil for the pasta. Cook the pasta until al dente, 10-12 minutes. Drain, reserving a cup of pasta water, and toss through some oil to prevent sticking.
BETTER WITH BACON
Place a pan over medium-high heat. When hot, add the bacon strips and fry until browned and crispy, 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from the pan, drain on paper towel, and roughly chop.
MMMUSHROOMS
Return the pan to a medium heat. Fry the mushrooms until golden, 5-6 minutes (shifting occasionally). Add the NOMU rub and garlic and fry until fragrant, 1-2 minutes. Remove from the heat and add the crème fraîche, cooked pasta, and the bacon. Toss until fully combined. If the sauce is too thick, gradually add the reserved pasta water until a silky consistency.
BUON APPETITO
Bowl up the steaming Spaghetti, sprinkle over the cheese, and finish with a crack of black pepper.
