  1. BEGIN THE Beef

    Place a pan over high heat with a drizzle of oil. When hot, fry the onion (to taste) until golden, 4-5 minutes. Add the mince and work quickly to break it up as it starts to cook. Fry until browned, 3-4 minutes (shifting occasionally). Add the Corn, NOMU rub, tomato paste and fry until fragrant, 2-3 minutes. Mix in 100ml [200ml]|#7DA0D7 of water and simmer until slightly thickening, 6-8 minutes. In the final 2-3 minutes, mix in the beans until warmed through.

  2. CREAMY SAUCE

    Remove the pan from the heat, mix in the sour cream, and the sun-dried tomatoes. Loosen with a splash of water if it’s too thick and season.

  3. Rotis

    Place the Rotis on a plate and heat up in the microwave, 30-60 seconds. Alternatively, place a clean pan over medium heat. When hot, toast the rotis until heated through, 30-60 seconds per side.

  4. DINNER IS READY

    Plate up the creamy Beef, scatter over the nuts, and serve alongside the Rotis. Easy, Chef!
