Discover a new way of using ginger in a recipe, Chef. That’s right! We use this spicy root to infuse warmth & flavour into coconut milk, with a special soy mix. This lipsmacking liquid is poured over a pan-seared pork rump, served with oven-roasted onion, butternut, baby marrow & sweet potato. Garnished with delicate dots of black sesame seeds.
