    Finely chop the smoked chicken breast or roughly shred using two forks. In a bowl, combine the chopped/shredded chicken, the mayo, and the sriracha sauce.

  2. TOASTY BAGEL

    Heat the bagel halves in a microwave until softened, 15 seconds. Alternatively, toast in a toaster. Allow to cool slightly before assembling.

  3. LUNCH IS DONE
