Chopped Chorizo, Lettuce & Tom Sandwich

If you have a super busy day and are forced to eat at your desk, lunch should at least be a satisfying series of bites, Chef! On a large, warm Portuguese roll comes a schmear of red pepper hummus, followed by coins of salty chorizo, fresh greens, & tangy tomato.

Chopped Chorizo, Lettuce & Tom Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • Green Leaves
  • Portuguese Roll
  • Red Pepper Hummus
  • Sliced Pork Chorizo
  • Tomato

From your kitchen:

  • Salt & Pepper
  • Water

  1. ON A ROLL

    Heat the roll in a microwave until softened, 15 seconds. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and assembling.

  2. MAKE THE CHORIZO SHINE

    Smear the top and bottom half on the heated roll with the hummus. Place the rinsed green leaves, the tomato slices, and the chorizo onto the bottom half of the roll. Enjoy.

  • Portuguese Roll - 1

  • Red Pepper Hummus - 50ml

  • Green Leaves - 20g

  • Tomato - 1

  • Sliced Pork Chorizo - 30g
