Biltong Mac ‘n Cheese

This culinary fusion of an Italian classic and a Mzansi favourite results in an absolute win at the dinner table. Salty beef biltong and tubes of al dente macaroni are coated in a homemade cheese sauce, made with fresh cream. A golden herb crumb is used for garnish, together with pan-toasted sunflower seeds for crunch. Finished with fresh parsley for that Chef’s touch.
