O-YUM ORZO
Submerge the orzo in a pot with salted water and bring to a boil. Cook the orzo until al dente, 8-12 minutes. Drain, reserving 1 cup of pasta water, and toss through a drizzle of olive oil.
NOMU-SPICED Chicken
Place a pan over medium heat with a drizzle of oil. Pat the Chicken dry with paper towel. When hot, fry the chicken until golden and cooked through, 1-2 minutes per side. In the final minute, baste with a knob of butter and the NOMU rub. Remove from the pan, season, and set aside.
VEGGIE MEDLEY
Return the pan to medium heat with a drizzle of oil. When hot, fry the Onion until golden, 6-8 minutes (shifting occasionally). Add the bell peppers and fry until lightly charred, 3-4 minutes (shifting occassionally).
SOUR CREAM & SWEET PEPPERS
Add the Chicken back into the pan along with the sour cream, orzo, and piquanté peppers. Mix to combine and loosen with the reserved pasta water until saucy consistency. Season and remove from the heat.
