- Mayo
- Rye Bread Slices
- Tomato
- Wasabi Powder

TIME TO TOAST
Toast the bread in a toaster. Alternatively, heat in a microwave until softened, 15 seconds. Allow to cool slightly before assembling. In a small bowl, combine the mayo and the wasabi powder (to taste).
WASABI. PASTRAMI. UMAMI!
Lay down one slice of toasted bread and smear with ½ the wasabi mayo. Top with the tomato slices, the rinsed leaves, and the pastrami. Smear the remaining mayo on the other slice of toasted bread and close up the sandwich before slicing through the middle. Dig in!
