Bring a pot of salted water to a boil for the pasta. Cook the pasta until al dente, 10-12 minutes. Drain and toss through a drizzle of olive oil.
Chicken
Place a pan over medium heat with a drizzle of oil. Pat the Chicken dry with paper towel and coat with a ¼ of the NOMU rub. When hot, fry the chicken until golden and cooked through, 1-2 minutes per side. Remove from the pan, season, and set aside.

Mix in the pasta, the Chicken, the peas and ¾ of the cheese. Simmer until the cheese is melted, 2-3 minutes. Remove from the heat and season.
