  • Water
  • Paper Towel

    Place the baby potatoes in a pot of salted water. Bring to a boil and cook until soft, 15-20 minutes. Drain, season, and toss through the artichokes, Capers, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.

  2. NOMU-SPICED Beef

    Place a pan over high heat with a drizzle of oil. Pat the Beef strips dry with paper towel. When hot, add the beef strips to the pan along with a knob of butter and the NOMU rub. Cook until browned, 20-30 seconds (shifting occasionally). Remove from the pan, reserving any pan juices, and season.

  3. CREAMY MUSTARD MIX

    In a bowl, combine ½ [all]|#7DA0D7 the ricotta, yoghurt, mustard, and seasoning. Loosen with a splash of water.
