Lentil & Beef Strips Bowl

    Preheat the oven to 200°C. Spread the lentils, the Cabbage, and the onion on a roasting tray. Lightly coat in cooking spray, the NOMU rub, and season. Roast in the hot oven until golden, 30-35 minutes (shifting halfway).

  2. MMMEAT

    Place a pan over high heat and lightly add cooking spray. Pat the Beef strips dry with paper towel. When hot, sear the beef until browned, 20-30 seconds (shifting occasionally). Remove from the pan and season.

  3. ALL TOGETHER

    In a bowl, combine the Cucumber, the green leaves, the balsamic vinegar, and seasoning. Mix in the roast, the beef strips, and toss to combine.

  4. DINNER IS READY
