Place a pan over medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil. When hot, fry the sliced Onion for 4-5 minutes until soft and starting to brown, shifting occasionally. In the final 1-2 minutes, add the BBQ sauce and a knob of butter (optional). Remove from the pan and cover to keep warm.
