To a bowl, add the drained beans, the corn, the drained jalapeños (to taste) and seasoning. Toss and set aside.
CHEESY NACHOS
Spread the nachos out on a plate and scatter over the grated cheese. Pop in the microwave until melted, 1-2 minutes.
