Cheesy Biltong Pasta

    Bring a pot of salted water to a boil for the pasta. Cook the pasta until al dente, 10-12 minutes. Drain and toss through a drizzle of olive oil.

  2. Corn

    Place a pot over medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil. When hot, fry the Corn until lightly charred, 2-3 minutes (shifting occasionally). Remove from the pan and set aside.

  3. CHEESY MOMENT

    Add the flour, the garlic, the NOMU rub, and 10g [20g]|#7DA0D7 of butter to the pot. Fry until fragrant, 1-2 minutes. Slowly whisk in the milk until the sauce thickens slightly. Mix in the cheese, the biltong, the Corn, the lemon juice (to taste), and the pasta. Remove from the heat once the cheese is melted.

  4. DINNER IS READY
