MAKE SOME MAC
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil for the pasta. Cook the pasta until al dente, 10-12 minutes. Drain, reserving a cup of the pasta water, and return to the pot. Mix through the cream, the cheese, and seasoning.
CRISPY KASSLER
Pat the Pork kassler dry with paper towel and cut into small chunks. Place a pan over medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil. When hot, fry the kassler cubes until crispy, 5-6 minutes (shifting occasionally). In the final 1-2 minutes, baste with the NOMU rub. Remove from the pan and set aside.
ALMOST DONE
When the mac & cheese is done, stir through the crispy Pork kassler, the peppers, and ½ the parsley.
