- Sliced Pork Chorizo
- Spinach
- UCOOK Asian Sauce

EGG-CELLENT NOODLES
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil for the noodles. Cook the noodles until al dente, 7-8 minutes. Drain and rinse in cold water.
FUSION FLAVOURS
Place a pan over medium heat with a drizzle of oil. When hot, fry the sliced onion and the pepper strips until golden, 4-5 minutes (shifting occasionally). Add the Asian sauce and simmer until warmed through, 1-2 minutes. Remove from the heat and mix through the rinsed spinach, the chopped chorizo, and the drained noodles.
